The Office of Faculty Affairs assists the Keck School of Medicine faculty by providing support for development and mentoring, and guidance for appointment, tenure and promotion. The Office of Faculty Affairs also advises department chairs and administrative offices on procedures regarding recruitment of new faculty, compensation and leaves of absences.
