Research Initiatives
The USC Department of Medicine (DOM) remains committed to the support of a wide variety of basic science, translational and clinical research programs conducted by its faculty, who play a key role in supporting the research enterprise of the Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) as a whole. DOM faculty have continued to garner outstanding NIH grant support at a time of intense competition for extramural funding.
