The Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences is committed to providing excellence in education and training to resident physicians, fellows, and medical students. We offer ACGME-accredited training programs in general, child & adolescent, and forensic psychiatry, a post-doctoral fellowship program in forensic psychology, and medical student clerkships. These programs provide excellent graduate educational experiences by combining the rich clinical resources of a large, public medical center and private clinical facilities with the academic excellence of a vibrant medical school department.
