Dr. Villegas believes that caring for the patient is about caring for the “whole” person, which includes engaging and empowering the patient’s family. Her practice focuses on achieving functional outcomes to help patients reach their best possible quality of life. Dr. Villegas evaluates each patient for his or her particular needs, then develops a personalized plan of care to help that individual reach their communication and/or swallowing potential.
