Vice Chair For Clinical Affairs
Jehni Robinson, MD is the Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs for the Department of Family Medicine and an Associate Professor of Clinical Family Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. She completed medical school at the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Dr. Robinson completed her internship and residency at Harbor-UCLA in the Family Medicine Residency Program and has dedicated her career to seeing children, adolescents and adults for their primary care. She completed a fourth year chief residency and faculty development fellowship at Harbor UCLA at the end of her residency.
Focused on a collaborative patient doctor relationship, Dr. Robinson is a skilled clinician who believes strongly in the benefits of a healthy diet and regular exercise. Previous to joining the team at USC, Dr. Robinson has led teams at The Los Angeles Free Clinic, The Saban Free Clinic and at the Harbor UCLA Transforming Primary Care Fellowship. She has also served as a leader in several professional organizations including as the chair for the Clinical Advisory Group for the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County and as the chair for the Department of Health Services Public Health Integration Team for Hollywood Wilshire Health Center.
Dr. Robinson has also been involved in teaching and research, an invited lecturer and made media appearances to promote healthy living and improved primary care. She has worked in her local community to promote healthy eating and physical activity and chairs a local school Wellness Committee. She is also fluent in Spanish.
