Jenica Ryu, MD received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley and her Medical Degree from the University of California, Davis School of Medicine. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine with the Keck School of Medicine at USC.
Since completing an HIV Fellowship in 2009, she has been providing care to HIV-positive patients at the Rand Schrader Clinic of LAC+USC Medical Center and its satellite site in skidrow, which serves a predominantly homeless population. She has an interest in underserved populations with a specific focus on incarcerated persons living with HIV.
