Faculty from the Department of Pediatrics at the Keck School of Medicine of USC provide outstanding, family-centered care for the children of Los Angeles. At hospital and clinic sites — settings designed to meet children’s needs and put them at ease — Keck School faculty care for more than 100,000 children each year.

Physician, child and mother

Our pediatric department faculty primarily offer care at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, with services also provided at Los Angeles General Medical Center, Good Samaritan Hospital, Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, and the clinics of Keck Medicine of USC and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Medical Group.

As one of the region’s top academic medical centers, we have access to the latest, research-based pediatric innovations. We also set a priority on training future pediatricians, and our patients are often cared for by well-supervised medical students, pediatric residents and pediatric fellows in addition to staff physicians, bringing multiple perspectives to the care of each child.

We recognize that parents are the best advocates for their children, and we partner with families to ensure that all needs are met while in our care.
