class=\"large\">Under the leadership of Dean Carolyn Meltzer, MD, and with engagement from faculty, staff and students, the Keck School of Medicine 2025-2027 Strategic Roadmap was developed to align and prioritize organizational activities to meet its shared vision: <em>To be the premier destination for those passionate about solving our diverse society\u2019s most complex health challenges<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The Strategic Roadmap is a living document that outlines the ten critical strategic and foundational priorities to achieve over the three-year period. (<em>Research<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Drive interdisciplinary collaboration and promote convergent research and education within Keck School, with units and schools across USC, other academic institutions, industry, and government agencies. (<em>Research, Education<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Launch the <em>Collaborate to Innovate <\/em>platform as a catalyst to encourage and support the entire innovation continuum at Keck School. (<em>Research, Patient Care<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Transform the educational experience for our medical students to enable personalized, innovative educational programming and minimize obstacle of student debt. (<em>Education<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Establish and the Keck SOM GME office and launch residency programs, integrating research and innovation. (<em>Education, Patient Care<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Work with community leaders to align our efforts across the School and USC to maximize the impact on the health of our community. (<em>Community<\/em>)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><em>Foundational Initiatives<\/em><\/strong> are enhancements to infrastructure, systems and processes which are foundational in achieving our goals and vision.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Partner with healthcare system to enable clinical innovation and translational research. (<em>Research, Patient Care<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>Invest in an education infrastructure to support both educators and students in a vibrant setting.
