The Department of Anesthesiology provides state-of-the-art-care for patients undergoing all types of surgical procedures. Because the discipline has become so specialized, we have subspecialty/fellowship trained anesthesia faculty available in areas such as cardiac, critical care, neuroanesthesia, organ transplantation, pain medicine and trauma.
