class=\"f--field f--wysiwyg\">\n\n    \n  <h2 style=\"text-align: center\">Research<\/h2>\n<p>The anesthesia research rotation is a one-month program designed to provide residents with an<br \/>\nimmersive experience in academic research. The rotation balances hands-on research, skill<br \/>\ndevelopment, and mentorship while offering a comprehensive foundation for future scholarly<br \/>\nendeavors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>During this rotation you will:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obtain the training necessary to understand how to run a scientific project in<br \/>\nanesthesiology.<\/li>\n<li>Select, run, and complete a scientific project; submit and present an Abstract at a<br \/>\nscientific meeting; and write and submit a manuscript for publication.<\/li>\n<li>Work with a faculty mentor. Your mentor will provide you with scientific as well as<br \/>\ncareer development guidance, to focus your research.<\/li>\n<li>Receive financial support to present your research at a scientific meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong> Four weeks<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Week 1: Orientation + Identifying Project<\/li>\n<li>Week 2: Data Collection<\/li>\n<li>Week 3: Data Analysis +
