Building Career Resilience and Leadership Capacity

This event is a part of the OFAAI Faculty Professional Development Series.

Healthcare organizations and academic medical centers often go through periods of significant change driven by both external forces and internal leadership changes. Navigating through this complexity while continuing to move forward in your career requires flexibility and innovation in approach. This session will focus on leading through uncertainty and developing career resiliency including reframing adversity as opportunity. Particular focuses will be emotional regulation, mental toughness, and recovery during times of crisis and personal set-backs.
