Team Science Workshop: Managing Change & Resolving Conflicts
WHAT: This workshop will provide you with tools to (i) proactively manage change in your research teams, including roles, power dynamics, and changing team members, and (ii) understand conflict styles and your default style, and productively address conflicts and find solutions in your teams.
WHO: Faculty, staff, trainees, and students are all welcome to attend. The workshop is designed to be useful to all members of research team.
