The Center for GEMS collaborates with experts across the Keck School of Medicine and USC to provide trainings and education to Keck School departments on a variety of topics. We are not currently offering trainings as we are working on rebuilding our capacity to offer them.

Community Engagement

NASEM Action Collaborative  on Preventing Sexual Harassment in Higher Education
USC is a founding member of the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine (NASEM) Action Collaborative on Preventing Sexual Harassment in Higher Education. Recognizing the widespread impact of sexual harassment throughout academia, this NASEM collaborative is charged with finding ways to prevent sexual harassment at all levels and in all disciplines, taking an active approach to effect genuine systemic change through policies and practices.
