Leadership through networking, mentoring, and advancement opportunities<\/p>\n<p>2. Listening through yearly sessions and anonymous polling<\/p>\n<p>3. Nurture through workshops directed by the members, wellness sessions, and educational panels<\/p>\n<p>4. Promoting non-discrimination and equal opportunity, including pay equity and parental and caregiver support.<\/p>\n<p>5. Support by connecting with other IRGs, sharing resources, providing one-on-one\u2019s, and ensuring family-friendly events<\/p>\n<p>6. Safety provided with emotional &amp; psychological safety in the workplace, self-defense, risk prevention for all (domestic violence, sexual assault, work harassment)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n      \n
