Please join us for a Town Hall regarding the 2022 KSOM Climate Survey, taking place on Tuesday, May 30, from Noon-1:00pm.
The Climate Survey was conducted in the fall of last year and its goal was to assess faculty, staff and student perceptions of the Keck School’s organizational culture. Designed and implemented by USC’s Institute for Intersectionality and Social Transformation (USC-IIST), under the leadership of Ange-Marie Hancock, PhD, the survey explored the following 9 domains: Access to Opportunity, Appreciation, Common Purpose, Cultural Competence, Equitable Reward, Institutional Betrayal, Respect, Sense of Belonging, and Trust.
At the Town Hall on May 30, Dr. Ange-Marie Hancock will present a high level overview of the survey results along with recommendations for consideration. Dean Carolyn Meltzer will share her perspective on these results, and how the Keck School can learn from and act on these results. Discussion/Q&A will follow the speakers’ presentations. Please register for the zoom meeting here – we hope to see you there!
