His ambulatory care mission is to foster a comfortable environment for patients where he can deliver high quality care and allow patients to voice all of their concerns with open-ended communication, free of medical jargon. In addition to his ILD and transplant work, Dr. Kafi also works as an Intensivist in the intensive care units at both Keck Hospital and LAC+USC. He enjoys medical education and is constantly looking for ways to improve his medical practice.
