Dr. Yaghmour received his medical degree from the University of Aleppo faculty of Medicine in his native Aleppo city in Syria. Dr. Yaghmour obtained board certification in Internal Medicine after completing his Internal Medicine residency at the Wayne State University-Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. Following a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) in Memphis, Tennessee, where he served as Chief Fellow.

Dr. Yaghmour loves all the aspects of the pulmonary and critical care medicine field and he enjoys teaching, he has special interests in pulmonary hypertension and Ultrasonography in critical care setting in which he obtained a certificate at henry ford hospital; He brings his dedication, his passion for the field, as well as his great willingness to work hard for his patients. He enjoys playing guitar and goes hiking. He spends his free time with his twin brother who is a hematology and oncology fellow. Dr. Yaghmour is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
