Dr. Bahrami’s clinical interests include non-invasive cardiology and multi-modality cardiac imaging. His research interests include novel risk factors for cardiovascular disease, in particular inflammation and neurohormones, and application of novel imaging techniques in methodology, epidemiology and biostatistics.

Dr. Bahrami earned his medical degree from Tehran University of Medical science. He then went on to complete his Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins and then earned his PhD in Clinical Epidemiology with a joint Masters degree in Biostatistics. Dr. Bahrami most recently completed two fellowships at Stanford, one in Cardiovascular Medicine and the other in Multi-Disciplinary Cardiovascular Imaging.
