Matthew Gregory Martin Abad-Santos, MD

Matthew Abad-Santos, MD, is a board-certified interventional radiologist with Keck Medicine of USC.

After earning his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco, Dr. Abad-Santos stayed on for an internship with their surgery department, then went on to a residency in diagnostic radiology at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. An independent residency in interventional radiology at the University of Washington in Seattle completed his formal training.

Dr. Abad-Santos serves as an assistant professor of clinical radiology in the Division of Vascular and Interventional Radiology for the Keck School of Medicine of USC. His research interests focus on advances in the treatment of deep vein thrombosis, portal hypertension, hepatobiliary interventions, interventional oncology, and arterial embolization.
