Overview

Arlanna N. Moshfeghi, MD, MPH, graduated from Louisiana State University-New Orleans with a medical degree and a residency in ophthalmology at St. Vincent’s Catholic Medical Centers in New York. Dr. Moshfeghi further subspecialized, becoming fellowship trained in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus at the renowned Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. Arlanna Moshfeghi is an assistant professor of ophthalmology at CHLA/USC whose clinical efforts focus on pediatric ophthalmology, amblyopia, adult and pediatric strabismus, and diplopia. She focuses on improving health care and educational opportunities for those with disparate access. At USC, she serves as assistant dean for faculty diversity – working on developing faculty recruitment and retention strategies that further ensure equal opportunity.
