Dr. del Castillo earned her medical degree from Universidad Central de Venezuela before coming to the U.S. to pursue post-graduate medical training. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at New York Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital and a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. She is currently part of the Hospital Medicine team at Keck Medical Center of USC.
