February 03, 2020

Eighteen members of the faculty at Keck School of Medicine of USC were included in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “Top Doctors in Los Angeles” issue for 2020.

The physicians are affiliated with Keck Medicine of USC, Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, and USC Verdugo Hills Hospital.

“The Los Angeles region is populated with some of the best doctors in the world,” LABJ CEO and Publisher Anna Magzanyan wrote in a letter to readers accompanying the special section. “This abundance of top-notch medical practitioners made selecting our Top Doctors of 2020 a difficult process.

“We’re proud to present you with the profiles of L.A.’s top doctors — selected from hundreds of nominations — and congratulate the excellent physicians and practitioners who made the list. By giving Angelenos access to world-class care, you continue to help make our lives and the Los Angeles business community healthier.”

Selections were chosen from nominations, based on the doctors’ “good standing, reputation, thought leadership and success” in Los Angeles, the publication said. Categories of medicine included Cardiology, Dermatology, Emergency Medicine, General Surgery, Gynecology, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, Otolaryngology, Psychiatry, and Pulmonology.
