LA Opera – Creative Care Workshops

CREATIVE CARE – FREE ZOOM WORKSHOP

LA Opera Connects is thrilled to invite you to Creative Care: An Opera for Life and Wellness Program.

Offered free on Zoom, this wellness-focused workshop series is inspired by LA Opera’s upcoming productions and timely themes. Each gathering combines mindfulness, creative expression, and self-reflection, led by Connects teaching artists. You’ll explore joyful practices that support wellbeing and build personal tools you can carry beyond the session.

The next workshop is Tuesday, November 18 from 12-1pm, featuring Puccini’s iconic La Bohème as our creative starting point.
