How to keep STEP 1 Stress in a manageable zone and other performance and wellbeing tips

Please join Dr Juliani and your classmates for an annual STEP 1 workshop on 12/4 from 1-2pm PST via Zoom. This workshop is designed for students who may be struggling with their STEP 1 performance or want to enhance their progress to date. We will focus on applying Cognitive Behavioral Strategies to manage anxiety in general and STEP anxiety specifically. There are common thought patterns that interfere with learning, motivation, and focus. Come and learn how to identify these patterns and apply techniques to improve focus, performance, and overall health. It is possible to thrive during dedicated!

Feel free to join the zoom and participate or just listen! All are welcome – it is ok to be out of state.

Step 1 Vouchers & Submitting Practice Exam Scores
On 10/21 you should have received an email from Nina Crosby titled “Step 1 Vouchers from LEAD” that contained your two (2) Step 1 vouchers. Be sure to refer to the email and/or contact your learning specialist for practice exam support. Email Nina immediately if you believe you did not receive this email. Practice exam scores must be submitted to this Qualtrics survey.
