To that end, all members of the Keck School of Medicine and it\u2019s affiliated clinical sites are encouraged to report both lapses of professional behavior and mistreatment, and promote and reward exemplary behavior.<\/p>\n<p>Faculty, staff, residents, and students may report lapses of professional behavior using the online reporting system. Mistreatment or disrespectful interactions are not tolerated by the Keck School or the University of Southern California. Retaliation against individuals who report unprofessional behavior\/ mistreatment, harassment or discrimination is also prohibited by the Keck School and the University.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, in an effort to recognize exemplary behavior in the Keck community faculty, staff, residents, and students have the opportunity to give praise to individuals who have gone above and beyond in supporting, educating, or inspiring by using the online reporting system.
