This workshop is designed for students who may be struggling with their STEP 1 performance or want to enhance their progress to date. We will focus on applying Cognitive Behavioral Strategies to manage anxiety in general and STEP anxiety specifically. There are common thought patterns that interfere with learning, motivation, and focus. Come and learn how to identify these patterns and apply techniques to improve focus, performance, and overall health.
