About the Fellowship Programs
USC Vascular Neurology Fellowship
The USC ACGME-accredited, one-year Vascular Neurology Fellowship program is designed to train superior, compassionate and professional physicians for the independent practice of vascular neurology by providing training based learning and opportunities to develop expertise and treat patients using knowledge of ultrasonography and performing and interpreting vascular imaging studies as they relate to stroke and stroke prevention. Fellows receive training in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction, transient brain ischemia, and brain hemorrhage.
USC Neurocritical Care Fellowship
The USC Neurocritical Care Fellowship program has been accredited by the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties (UCNS) since 2013. The fellowship is a 1-2 year program housed within the USC Department of Neurology and is designed to provide a foundation upon which fellows are trained to identify and treat neurological emergencies as the primary treating physician.
