Dr. Ling Zheng is an associate professor of research in the Department of Neurology, Keck School of Medicine, University of Southern California. She currently serves as Director of Clinical Quality Informatics at Keck Medical Center of USC (Keck Hospital + Norris Cancer Hospital). She served as Director of Biostatistics and Outcomes Assessment at LAC+USC Medical Center for 4 years. She holds a medical degree from Fujian Medical University, M.S. in Biostatistics, and Ph.D. in Epidemiology from University of Southern California. She has been active in the research area of antiatherogenic intervention on atherosclerosis progression, atherosclerotic vascular disease history and dementia, vascular disease risk factors in amyloid angiopathy for 15 years. Her current special interest is in advancing real world evidence-based approaches in cerebrovascular disease prevention and treatment, public and professional education in neurodegenerative disease management, and hospital quality improvement and outcomes management using national healthcare databases.
