Grants support women scholars working to strengthen research for publication, including manuscript drafting or revision, research replication, and responses to peer-review feedback. Applicants from all disciplines are eligible, with particular encouragement for those in STEM fields or conducting research on gender issues.

Applicants must:

• Identify as a woman.
• Hold an eligible terminal or professional degree at the time of application.
• Be the sole author, first author, or an author of equivalent significance on the publication.
• Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Tenured professors are not eligible.
