External Funding

The McKnight Endowment Fund for Neuroscience supports innovative research designed to discover how diseases of the brain can be accurately diagnosed, prevented, and treated. To this end, this award assists scientists to apply basic research to human brain disorders that affect memory or cognition.

Institutionally-Limited Funding

This program provides funding to young investigators of outstanding promise in science relevant to the advancement of human health. Grants are made to selected academic institutions to support the independent research of investigators in their first few years of appointment at the assistant professor level.
