Overview

Ming Lu Huang, M.D., is Assistant Professor of Clinical Cardiothoracic Surgery. Dr. Huang earned his medical degree from Chung-Shang Medical and Dental College in Taipei, Taiwan. He completed his general surgery residency at Easton Hospital in Pennsylvania, and his cardiothoracic surgery residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in California. Dr. Huang joined the USC faculty in 1995.

Dr. Huang is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has active hospital appointments at seven hospitals in the Southland. He published a peer-review article in Method of Heart Transplantation for Treatment of Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome in the Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery in July 1986.
