In this highly interactive session, you will:
- Learn and practice key coaching techniques like deep listening, powerful questioning, and reflective feedback.
- Discover how coaching tools improve leadership, collaboration, and negotiation.
- Participate in “Peer Coaching 101” – a unique opportunity to coach a peer, be coached, and reflect on a real-time challenge you are currently facing.
Whether you aim to deepen your influence, support your colleagues more effectively, or communicate with greater intention, you’ll be equipped with practical strategies you can apply immediately in both professional and personal contexts.
Please note: Due to the interactive nature of the workshop:
- Plan to join via computer with camera and microphone enabled.
- Be ready to engage with materials and peers on screen.
- To fully participate in the peer coaching session, please remain logged in until the end of the session (2:00 PM).

Dr. Treble-Barna is a Professional Executive Coach, NIH-funded Associate Professor at the University of Pittsburgh, and founder of MasterMind Executive Leadership, LLC. She integrates her expertise as a neuropsychologist and neuroscientist with real-world leadership experience to deliver professional development programming that is evidence-based, insight-driven, and grounded in authenticity.
