Critical Conversations in the Workplace

This event is a part of the GEMS Spring ‘26 Workshop Series
Some workplace conversations feel easy while others feel risky, emotional, or uncomfortable. This workshop focuses on building the skills and confidence needed to navigate those critical conversations when the stakes are high and the outcomes matter. Participants will learn practical tools for speaking honestly, listening effectively, and staying grounded during challenging discussions.
The session will be highly interactive and will include activities that allow participants to practice these skills in a supportive, low-pressure environment. By the end of the workshop, participants will leave with greater confidence, clear communication strategies, and practical experience they can apply immediately.
