Join us for April’s CTER Seminar, where Dr. Michael Petriello will present his research on environmental pollutants and their impact on cardiovascular health.
Dr. Michael Petriello is an assistant professor for the Institute of Environmental Health Sciences within the Department of Pharmacology at Wayne State University. He earned his PhD from the University of Kentucky, studying dioxin-like pollutants and cardiovascular risk. After postdoctoral training at UK and Boston Children’s Hospital, he joined Wayne State University in 2019. He researches halogenated pollutants’ impact on cardiovascular health as part of the NIEHS P30 CURES, P42 CLEAR Centers, and Michigan ECHO-2 site.
