Megan Heiser teaches the principles of Mindfulness and compassion for oneself and others in order to live a more awake and joyful life. She is dedicated to offering a practice of care and kind attention to mind, body and heart to help ease the stresses of our busy lives. Megan teaches at Insight L.A. Meditation Center and is a trained Mindful Self-Compassion teacher. Her teaching focus is supporting caregivers and those with learning differences.
