Talk title: “From Pre-contemplation to Action: Assisting Policymakers in Making Evidence-Based Substance Use Decisions”
Talk description: Dr. Barocas will discuss the landscape of substance use policy making, discuss pitfalls and lessons learned on the ground, and provide a framework for helping policymakers craft and enact legislation rooted in evidence.
