The Mentored Career Development in Clinical and Translational Science (MCD-CTS) award is a three-year program created to support research career development for health professionals or individuals with research doctoral degrees, while providing funding and educational opportunities.
The MCD-CTS program advocates for scholar diversity aligned with an inclusive excellence framework that values the representation of groups underrepresented in research as defined by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
