Working Through Team Dysfunction Workshop Part 1: Guidance for Managers

This event is a part of the GEMS Workshop Series with Tom Kosakowski
This workshop provides participants with practical tools to recognize, address, and overcome common sources of team dysfunction, such as breakdowns in communication, lack of trust, unclear roles, or unresolved conflict. Through guided reflection and interactive strategies, participants will explore how to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and psychological safety. Part 1 will focus on guidance for managers, with Part 2 focusing on strategies for team members.
Whether you’re a team leader or a team member, these sessions will empower you to strengthen group dynamics and contribute to a more cohesive, effective, and resilient team environment.
This event will be held in KAM B40/42 (Basement Level).
