Maximizing Clinical Efficiency

This event is a part of the OFAAI Faculty Professional Development Series.

This session is for clinical faculty and will provide a roadmap for improving efficiency in the ambulatory setting. Attendees will be presented a case study of clinical efficiency and a step-by-step guide for evaluating their own clinical activities for improvement. The ultimate goal is to provide clinicians a process for changing their clinics to allow increased time for patients, less administrative activities, and more efficient realization of productivity metrics.
