Under the leadership of Director Carmen Carillo, the Human Resources Department at the Keck School of Medicine (KSOM) offers assistance and guidance to staff members (excluding faculty and non-Keck Medical Center personnel) in a range of HR functions. These include explaining USC policies and procedures, aiding in recruitment and onboarding, overseeing performance management, addressing employee relations, managing layoff and reorganization processes, providing Workday payroll support, managing leave benefits, and offering various other HR-related services.
