Overview

Jeff Loh-Doyle, MD, FACS is a board-certified reconstructive urologist at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jeff attended the University of Southern California where he pursued degrees in Biological Sciences and International Relations. He then obtained his Doctorate of Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. It was during medical school where he fine-tuned his interests and began to pursue a career in urology and specifically restoring quality-of-life through reconstructive surgery. He then went on to complete a surgical residency at the illustrious USC Department of Urology and then completed a Fellowship in Genitourinary Reconstruction and Prosthetic Surgery under the renown Dr. Stuart Boyd. Jeff was recruited to join the faculty at USC Department of Urology where he maintains a very busy practice that focuses on genitourinary prosthetic surgery, and genitalia reconstruction, Men’s Health. As Associate Professor of Urology, Jeff serves as a lecturer and mentor to medical students at the Keck School of Medicine as well as Associate Program Director of the urology residency program with a keen interest in healthcare administration, he also serves on several advisory boards within the urology department, medical enterprise, and medical device manufacturers. Jeff is a recognized expert in the following surgeries: — inflatable penile prosthesis placement (including after major intraabominal surgery)–Inflatable penile prosthesis repair and replacement–artificial urinary sphincter placement–artificial urinary sphincter revision or replacement–suprapubic lipectomy with placement of penile prosthesis –penile straightening for the correction of Peyronie’s Disease–genitalia reconstruction after trauma Beyond reconstructive surgery, Jeff also is passionate about men’s health, cancer survivorship, and is an expert in the surgical management of BPH. Given his experience and research focus, Jeff has written numerous peer-reviewed articles and book chapters that focus on the above listed surgeries and describing techniques innovated at USC. He is also a reviewer for several leading journals in urology including the Journal of Urology, Urology, Journal of Sexual Medicine, and Neurourology and UrodynamicsIn his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family, travelling, playing golf, and attending concerts.
