Amin Motaref

Amin Motaref, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Keck Medicine of USC, with a specialization in nephrology. Dr. Motaref treats a variety of acute and chronic kidney issues and helps patients manage long-term conditions. He also emphasizes prevention by advising patients about lifestyle modifications that can help optimize their renal health.

Kidney health is a complex and vital aspect of overall well-being, and Dr. Motaref is passionate about providing care and treatment therapies that help improve each patient’s quality of life. He prioritizes patient education and always takes the time to ensure patients understand their condition and the available treatment options. He is also a clinical assistant professor of medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, helping train future physicians and health care providers.
