Overview

Dr. Harry Wong earned his medical degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, where he also completed his general surgery residency. While there, he completed a two-year research Fellowship and obtained a Master’s in Public Health Sciences. He took on an Advanced Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery and Bariatric Surgery at Cedars- Sinai Medical Center.

Dr. Wong specializes in primary and revisional bariatric procedures as well as the treatment and management of benign foregut conditions and abdominal wall hernias. He believes in a comprehensive, patient-centered approach to weight management, utilizing surgical, endoscopic, and medical interventions.

Dr. Wong is an active researcher, focusing on clinical outcomes, surgical education, and improving surgeon well-being through better ergonomics.
