Overview

The Braskie lab seeks to gain a better understanding of risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease (AD), in particular, vascular and metabolic risk and inflammation. We do this by relating measures of multimodal imaging (structural and functional MRI, diffusion tensor imaging, and amyloid and tau PET) both to relevant blood and cerebrospinal fluid measures and to other medical and demographic data. We collaborate widely, including with wet labs that are researching similar topics.
