Overview

Dr. Orrange earned her BA in Biology from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master’s in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. She received her MD from the Keck School of Medicine of USC, where she also completed her residency in internal medicine at UC San Diego.Currently, Dr. Orrange is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at USC’s Keck School of Medicine and a primary care physician with Keck Signature Care in Beverly Hills. Over her two-decade career at USC, she has been an attending physician for medical students and residents at LAC+USC Medical Center while managing a primary care practice at Keck Medicine of USC–Beverly Hills. She is also a fellow of the American College of Physicians.Her research and numerous publications focus on health policy, care inequities, health communication, and personalized care. Board-certified in internal and obesity medicine, she is also a certified menopause provider. Her work reflects a commitment to addressing healthcare challenges, promoting holistic, patient-centered care, and advancing proactive healthcare practices.Recognized for her excellence in patient care, Dr. Orrange received the Choi Family Award from Keck USC School of Medicine in 2022. She has appeared on The Doctors, Fox Sports West, The Ricki Lake Show, and various local news outlets. She has been included on the Best Doctors in America list and named among Los Angeles Magazine, Pasadena Magazine, and The Los Angeles Times Best Doctors in Los Angeles. In 2024, she was honored as a Castle Connolly Exceptional Woman in Medicine.
