Dr. Christianakis' clinical interests include rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthritis, systemic lupus, vasculitis, and inflammatory myositis. His clinical research interests include ocular autoimmune diseases, spondyloarthritis, and psoriatic arthritis. He is currently co-managing the once monthly Rheum-Derm Clinic.

Dr. Christianakis earned his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine, then went on to complete his rheumatology fellowship at LAC+USC Medical Center. He has currently accepted a position as Program Director in Internal Medicine at Huntington Hospital in addition to his Keck USC duties.
