• No set dollar amount for grants  (15% indirects)
• Project period up to three years

Funding for programs that improve clinical health outcomes for individuals with diet-related conditions and that increase access to nutritious foods for populations experiencing food/nutrition insecurity.

The amount requested should be limited to costs directly related to implementation of the proposed program, and may include support for measurement, evaluation and reporting.

Grant amounts vary widely.
