What is an IRG?

Inclusion Resource Groups (IRG) are employee-led groups formed around shared beliefs, experiences, backgrounds, and interests. IRGs help to create a sense of belonging and offer a space where people can connect with colleagues, learn and grow professionally and personally, give back to the community, be an active voice for equal opportunity and non-discrimination, and more.

Our Mission

The mission of the IRG program is to foster an inclusive campus community that celebrates our diversity of beliefs, experiences, backgrounds, and interests, and intentionally contributes to a sense of belonging and being valued.

This program is open to all eligible individuals. The IRG program operates all of its programs and activities consistent with the University’s Notice of Non-Discrimination. Eligibility is not determined based on race, sex, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or any other prohibited factor.

You may click on each IRG for more information.
