    2024 USC Culture Survey In early 2024 USC invited current university students, faculty and staff to participate in a Culture Survey. This survey was designed to assess the extent to which USC is living up to the Unifying Values, track culture change over time, generate reliable data that will help USC develop actionable solutions to address culture issues, and engage the campus community on the Unifying Values.   • USC Health & Well-Being Resource Directory (2024) A comprehensive directory of faculty and staff health and well-being resources at USC.

  • OCRC (formerly the Office for Equity, Equal Opportunity, and Title IX or EEO-TIX) manages the university’s prompt and caring response to all reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation relating to protected characteristics involving community members at all of USC’s locations, departments, and institutes. The office also has a dedicated team for the health system, including Keck Medicine of USC and Keck School of Medicine.   • The Keck School of Medicine of USC provides a workforce development program bringing together the Keck School, Keck Medicine of USC, and University Relations to support our surrounding communities. The program offers training, technical assistance and mentoring to young adults (ages 18 to 24), providing them with opportunities to learn about various career pathways, including administration, hospital technical work, emergency preparedness, and fostering participation in the physician assistant USC PA pipeline.
