My goal is to help individuals and groups achieve chronic good health for long term disease prevention. My emphasis is on proper sustainable physical activity and good nutrition to avoid high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, bone decay and memory loss. Additionally we will work together to devise a plan to eliminate or reduce medication burden, improve fitness and nutrition level and successfully negotiate the aging process.
